Discover the »24 Stops« along the Rehberger-Weg on one of our guided walks in German and find out more about the artist, the individual objects and the landscape in which they are set.

Highlights from the Collection | GUIDED TOUR (DE)

The guided tour focusses on the highlights from the Vitra Design Museum collection, including rare and singular pieces from designers such as Gerrit Rietveld, Alvar Aalto, Charles & Ray Eames but also less well-known or anonymous designs, rarities and prototypes. The tour offers a unique possibility to experience the history of modern furniture design from its beginnings in the 19th century up to the present day in all its facets – from stylistic and technical innovations to the societal changes reflected in the objects.
